Last updated October 13, 2026

Capital Rounds is an educational project by Prabhat Garg, MD, published on this website and on social accounts named @thecapitalrounds. This page explains what information is involved and how it is used.

This website

This site has no accounts, sign-up forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Our social accounts

When you comment on, message or interact with @thecapitalrounds on Instagram, YouTube or other platforms, that platform’s own privacy policy applies. We see what the platform shows any account owner (for example your public username and what you wrote) and use it only to read and reply to you and to understand which posts are useful. We do not sell or share it, and we do not build profiles of individuals.

Capital Rounds Publisher

Capital Rounds Publisher is a private tool that publishes posts to, and reads statistics and comments for, the @thecapitalrounds accounts only. It is used solely by Capital Rounds and is not offered to anyone else.

• YouTube. The tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own channel and to read our own channel’s information and statistics. By interacting with our YouTube content you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Capital Rounds Publisher’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from Google security settings.
• Instagram. The tool uses Meta’s Instagram API to publish to our own Instagram account and to read our own posts, statistics and comments.
• Access tokens are stored privately and are never shared. We keep only what we need to publish and to measure our own posts, and we delete published media files from our storage after posting.
